Jack Gardner 63-01
Stephen Head 56lb
Mark Cookman 50-08

May 2017 week ending 3/6/2017

Not the greatest conditions for fishing but yet again a fair few 50s were landed and a couple of sixties.
Biggest fish of the week fell to Jack Gardner with a 63-01 mirror, Jack also banked a 50+ as well as four 40s so a great week for Jack, congratulations well done. Gary Marsh left it late but managed to land a 63lber on the last night, he also managed a few others as well so well done Gary, whilst on the subject, many anglers have had pbs on the last night at Cretelakes so always fish hard until you have to reel in on that final morning. Mark Cookman done well as usual, on this trip he managed to bank another five 50s to add to the many others from previous trip so well done Mark. Ian Hall managed to get himself a 54-04 common and went on to back that up with a few others including a 40+ so well done Ian. Top rod was James Cheeseman in peg 39 on Lake 5 with an eighteen fish haul to 43-08, well done James. Stephan Head is another angler that always does well and this trip was no exception because he had an absolute peach of a fish that went 56lb and backed that up with four 40s and a couple of 30s, well done Steve. Oscar Edmunds got amongst them with a 51-07 and backed that up with a 40+ and Terry Edmunds also landed a biggie with a 51lber, well done to you both. Matt Austin went home happy because he landed a 55-02 and managed a couple of 40s so well done to you. Rob Belcher had a quite week but did bank a 56-04 so that will do very nicely well done Rob. Terry Baisden got amongst the big girls with a 51lber which took us to fifteen 50s for the week and in these conditions is very good so well done to you all.
Please remember to bring your photos to the clubhouse at meal times so that we can upload them to our website thank you.
