The quickest and easiest way to make a payment is by a bank transfer. We can confirm your bookings and payments very quickly when this method is used.
You must call the office, on 0800 048 9929, to check the dates you require are available first. Please DO NOT make any payments until we confirm you are booked on your requested week.
Deposits / Cancellation Policy
You will be required to pay a deposit of £150 per person to secure your booking, this can be paid with a bank transfer.
Please use your name and date of departure as the reference, (i.e. J Smith 4/4/20)
The deposit is non-refundable.
Invoices/ travel documents
Your invoice and travel information will be posted to the party leader ten weeks before departure via Royal Mail. Final invoices and all payments can be paid by bank transfer no later than eight weeks before departure, if you fail to pay in full at least eight weeks before departure your trip may be cancelled, and you will lose your deposit.
FULL PAYMENT OF TRIPS
The balance of your trip must be paid at least eight weeks before departure. If you fail to pay in full eight weeks before departure, your holiday may be cancelled, and you will lose your deposit. If you book within eight weeks prior to departure, this will be classed as a late booking, and we will request a full payment before we can confirm your booking.
